Additional pricing information: Each house has an availability calendar. To view it, click on a " stilt house choice in the upper right corner and scroll down to the availability calendar. The pink availability calendar SHOWS current availability. However, you CANNOT click directly on the calendar to book; instead, you must enter your desired dates in the “Check-in” and “Check-out” fields directly below it. It makes sense to choose only a check-in date that appears in gray (= available) on the availability calendar. 🙂 All possible check-out dates for that check-in date are displayed in bold on the calendar. Since there are minimum stay requirements, you may, for example, be able to select July 27 as your arrival date but not yet July 28 or 29 as your departure date. Longer minimum stays (7 nights) apply specifically in July and August; in other months, the minimum is 2–4 nights, depending on the season. Please feel free to try it out or ask me directly. If you book longer stays (usually 5 nights or more), you’ll receive a 5% discount on your stay—which means not only are the cleaning costs spread out more evenly over your stay, but the total cost is also lower overall.
