Additional pricing information: Prices vary depending on the season. When you submit a booking request via the calendar on the website, the final price will be displayed. This includes accommodation, final cleaning (EUR 70), VAT, and local tax. There is an availability calendar for each house. To view it, click on a stilt house choice in the upper right corner and scroll down to the availability calendar. The pink availability calendar SHOWS current availability. However, you CANNOT click directly on the calendar to book; instead, you must enter your desired dates in the “Check-in” and “Check-out” FIELDS directly below it. It makes sense to choose only a check-in date that is displayed in gray (= available) on the availability calendar. 🙂 All possible departure dates for this arrival date are displayed in bold on the calendar. Since there are minimum stay requirements, you may, for example, be able to select July 27 as your arrival date but not yet July 28 or 29 as your departure date. Longer minimum stay requirements apply specifically in July and August (7 nights); in other months, the minimum is 2–4 nights, depending on the season. Please feel free to try it out or ask me directly. If you book longer stays (usually 5 nights or more), you’ll receive a 5% discount on your stay—which means not only are the cleaning costs spread out more evenly over your stay, but the overall cost is also lower.

More Important Information
- No boating license is required to operate the boat. Children under 16 may only ride when accompanied by a parent.
- The guest is liable for any damage to the boat.

Neighborhood
From the parking lot (one free parking space is included per cabin), a walkway leads about 200 m to the cabins. The walkway has a few steps and is therefore not fully accessible.
On this map, the glamping cabin is marked in pink as stilt house (on the right-hand side); the Robinson Cabin is marked in blue; the Waterfront Cabin 1, located directly on the main canal leading to the lake (to the right, or east), is marked in yellow; and Waterfront 2, immediately to its right, is also located directly on the Canale Grande.
